Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Once a product releases in Korea, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for it to arrive at our location (if there are no unexpected delays). Upon arrival, order processing will begin.

Shipping Timeline

Shipping for all orders will begin once the item is available in-store, should there be no unexpected delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Pickup

IMPORTANT NOTE: If an order contains any pre-order items, it will not be ready for pickup until all items have been released and are available!

Once a local pickup order has been placed, please allow 1-2 days for all purchased items to be processed, prepared and placed on hold at our location in Scarborough. Once your order is ready for pickup, an email notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

All local pickup orders will only be reserved for 14 days from the date the email notification is sent out. If the order has not been picked up within 14 days, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. 

If you find yourself unable to pickup your order within limit, please contact us immediately.

Hanteo & Gaon Charts

Album sales are counted for Hanteo and Gaon, but not in real time. The albums we purchase from our suppliers in Korea are already counted towards charts, so your purchase with us counts in advance before you even place your order.
