Shipping policy

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

CANADIAN ORDERS

We offer $5 flat rate shipping on Canadian orders that meet our minimum order requirements as follows:

  • Ontario, Quebec: orders $55 and over.
  • All other Canadian provinces and territories: orders $70 and over.

To qualify for $5 flat rate shipping, your order must meet the minimum order value after any discount codes have been applied.

For orders that do not meet the above minimum values, we offer $10 shipping in ON/QC and $15 in all other Canadian provinces and territories.

All orders are shipped from Scarborough, Ontario (Canada) via Canada Post. Additional shipping rates and delivery standards are available via Canada Post at checkout.

 

US ORDERS

We offer $25 (CAD) flat-rate shipping for US orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel – USA. Additional shipping rates and delivery standards are available via Canada Post at checkout.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Update: Due to Covid-19 you may expect delays in your order.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products aren given in good faith but are estimates only. Shipping will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control.

Once a product releases in Korea, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for it to arrive at our location (if there are no unexpected delays). Upon arrival, your order will be processed within 24 hours.

KOLLECTIVE SEOUL is not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by shipping providers.
  • Damage to orders by postal service.
  • Wrong addresses given by customers.

LOCAL PICK-UP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

For pre-orders items, we will let you know when you can expect the item to be available for pickup.


TAXES, DUTIES, CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

Please note, you may be subject to your country's import duties, taxes and fees over which we have no control. International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. These fees will be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. KOLLECTIVE SEOUL does not have any responsibility on any additional charges that may apply.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Items are shipped after processing (1-2 business days). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
